El viento de Béla Tarr es una obra que en su dimensión sonora utiliza un texto recitado en la película «The Turin horse», del cineasta húngaro B. Tarr, como base para una composición musical creada al efecto.
En cuanto a la dimensión visual, la obra está basada en un único plano fijo tomado de la película y elongado hasta alcanzar la duración total de esta pieza (3:10).

La tormenta sigue rugiendo con fuerza en el exterior,
el viento sigue barriendo sin descanso el lugar en la misma dirección,
pero ahora definitivamente no queda nada que se interponga en su camino.
Sólo el polvo avanza en una gran nube,
el polvo seco levantado por el viento
y la devastadora nada empujada por él con furia desenfrenada
sobre la tierra yerma.
